is melancholia worth watching just for askars?
i mean, should i watch the whole movie or should i just enjoy pictures of him looking hot in that suit? is he in the movie a lot?

he’s in the first half of the film (part one, “Justine”) but he isn’t in the second part at all. The film is all around astounding.

Melancholia in general is a work of art. Check out the opening sequence. The whole movie (even second half sans Alex) is very well-done.

The entire film was incredible. The writing was fantastic as was the acting. Askars is only in the first part but it is worth watching.
